FAQ
Do I have access to all courses, including future courses?
Yes. With the Sapphire Plan, you have access to all current courses as well as any courses added in the future.
How frequently is the Scarlet Software updated?
We continuously fix reported bugs and add new features. However, we do not follow a fixed release schedule.
Will the Free plan include more content in the future?
We are considering adding more content to the Free plan in the future. Stay tuned for updates.
If a new course is released after my subscription expires, will I still have access to it?
No. You would need to renew your subscription. However, while your subscription is active, you will be automatically enrolled in any newly released courses.
Are there any tutorials on how to use the Scarlet Software?
Yes. In the Software section, at the bottom of the page, you can find tutorials. Additionally, a User Guide is included in the software download folder.
What new content will be included in the future?
